Information How to Reset an Event
The Event Reset button is located on the Event Setup page (1st Menu from the top).

The Event Reset button provides the ability to easily reset various event options in order for an event to be re-configured and re-run. This is particularly useful for events that are run repetitively... for example weekly club race events.

The various reset options are described as follows:

Delete Race Result / Heats
This option removes an event's race results and heat structure. All other event options (e.g. categories, race length, promotion numbers, entrants) are retained. This effectively resets an event so entrants can be re-sorted into new heats / rounds and the event can be run again.

Reset Chosen Categories
This option requires that the 'Delete Race Results / Heats' option be selected as well.

This option will remove all race result / heats (as described above), as well as remove the categories associated with the event.
These categories are not deleted from the database, there are only cleared from being selected for the chosen event.

Reset Race Structure
This option requires that the 'Delete Race Results / Heats' option, and the 'Reset Chosen Categories' be selected as well.

This option will remove all race result / heats, and chosen categories (as described above), as well as reset the event's race structure. This means all race lengths, promotion numbers, minimum lap times etc, will be reset.

Reset Entrants
This option requires that the 'Delete Race Results / Heats' option be selected as well.

This option will remove all race result / heats (as described above), as well as remove all entries associated with the event.
These entrants are not deleted from the database, there are only cleared from being entered into the chosen event.
