• Announce Race Order (ESC key)
• Activate Racing Light Controller 'states' (keys F1 to F4)
• Announce custom speech whilst activating the Racing Light Controller 'states' (keys F1 to F4)
• Announce custom speech for general race control operations (keys F5 to F8)
• Trigger various race control actions, e.g. Start, Stop, Pause, Restart, and Finalise race (CTRL key + keys F1 to F4)
• Open the Marshal / Next to Race form (default: F12 key)
• Open the Pitscreen Message form (default: F9 key)
  

Configuring the various aspects of the Hot Keys is carried out on the Race Setup page (2nd Menu item).

NOTE: When using the ESC Hot Key to announce the Race Order, a Race needs to set up in order for the Hot Key to operate.

Configuring F1 to F4 keys
Click the Preferences tab, and then choose the Reserved Hot Keys tab. Enter the speech text for each key as required. This speech will be automatically announced when the corresponding key is pressed.



NOTE: When using the Race Light Controller Hot Keys, a Race Light Controller module must be connected to the race control computer in order for the Hot Keys to operate.

Configuring CTRL + F1 to F4 keys
Click the Preferences tab, and then choose the CTRL Hot Keys tab. Choose the required action state from the drop down list for each key. This action will be carried out when the corresponding keys (e.g. CTRL + F1 Key) are pressed.



Configuring the "Marshal / Next to Race" and "Pitscreen Message" Hot Keys
Click the Preferences tab, and then double click the Hot Key field to configure which key you would like to use to open the form.



When instructed to do so, simply press the desired keyboard key, and then press the ENTER key to set the hot key.



Configuring F5 to F8 keys
Click the Sound / Announcements tab. Enter the speech text for each key as required. This speech will be automatically announced when the corresponding key is pressed.
